A central focus of our housing development in Cork Street is The Wisdom Centre. It is the creative centrepiece of our Cork Street project and represents our innovative approach to caring for the physical, social, educational and spiritual needs of all persons living at Sophia Housing in Cork Street.
The Wisdom Centre is a beautiful architectural designed, bright and tranquil space used for a variety of for reflective time, holistic therapies, courses, training and conferences.
A quiet, tranquil space surrounded by gardens and water, the Wisdom Centre offers an oasis of calmness amongst the bustle of the city. The Centre offers a safe place where one can seek wisdom of mind, heart and spirit. It is a space which welcomes people who want to step back from the many pressures of their daily lives and environment.
Our aim is to have a Wisdom Centre as part of all of our nine housing projects around Ireland.
By choosing the Centre venue, you are supporting Sophia Housing to provide housing and holistic support services for Ireland’s homeless.
The Wisdom Centre offers a modern, creative, multi-functioning city centre event space, ideal for a variety of events, exhibitions, meetings, conferences, workshops, counselling and holistic therapies.
The centre includes modern function rooms alongside reflective spaces for alternative therapies. Ideally placed in a central and easily accessible location in Dublin 8, the Wisdom Centre offers:
• Capacity to host events for up to 100 people
• Central events room overlooking the gardens and water

• Enclosed courtyard area for outdoor functions
