Artane Project
We are exploring the possibility of a project at Brookville, Artane, Dublin in conjunction with the Missionary Sisters of the Holy Rosary. This proposed project is in the design stages at the moment and it is hoped to bring it to planning application stage before the end of 2004.
More details on this proposal will be posted here soon
Sligo Project
The Marist Sisters and Sophia Housing have explored the options for a development at the Marist Convent in Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo. Due to the relocation of the school to new premises, the convent building itself is largely vacant. The Marist order will remain in Tubbercurry and are determined to develop the site to its best potential for the people of the town and the surrounding area. The nature and location of the site is such that it represents an opportunity to extend the core and density of the town centre over the site.
Following advertising and interviewing we have selected a joint venture developer partner to enhance the potential of this valuable and extensive site. Wide-ranging discussions have taken place with Sligo County Council, Health Board, the local Chamber of Commerce and others.
Further details on this proposed project will be posted here presently.
