To realise our vision Sophia aims to provide the following:
Housing
Sophia will provide different types of accommodation for people who are “out of home”. This will include Transitional and Long-Term Accommodation.
Support
Individual support, programmes, group work and outreach.
Nurturing Centre for Children
Sophia is committed to providing a safe, high quality, hygienic, stimulating, caring and holistic environment where children can reach their full potential, physically, intellectually, linguistically, emotionally and socially.
Training
In our projects we will support people to pursue educational, professional goals that can lead to self development, employment and economic independence.
Collaboration
Sophia will work alongside other non-profit organisations, Government Agencies, Health Care Providers, Religious Congregations and local area Resource Groups to support partnership approach to creating healthy communities.
Wisdom Centre
In many projects we will have a Wisdom Centre which is a quiet space where people get in touch with their own creative energy through holistic programmes.
