Because of our experience in the setting up and management of previous major housing projects in Dublin, and the setting up of Sophia Housing Association, we saw the need to support other associations in the difficult initial period in the setting up of new projects. Sophia Consultancy will draw on the expertise of our personnel to aid and assist managers and project leaders. We also aim to assist existing housing projects to review and update their management policy and procedures.
